It looks like the Holiday Inn Express Middletown but it's a 2,5* ? Bay Voyage Resort could match but tripadvisor info doesn't match.

Any ideas ? Please advise. Thx in advance

It's been about 6 months since this property was reported to the board, and since then HOTWIRE has doen a system-wide rating change, so it's quite possible that this property has been upgraded to a 3*, and that would be my best guess.
