&

4 * Downtown Amenties: Fitness, Pool, Restaurant, Bus Center, Hi Speed

Any suggestions on what they might be?

also, any suggestions on good value Valentine night stay in New Orleans or Biloxi, MS???

I'm assuming this is just a one nite stay, 2/14?

The 4.5* is a match for the Loews and the 4* is a match for the Inter-Continental so that would be our best guess for each.

I actual chose a 4 STAR French Quarter Mystery Hotel from Bookit.com for $154. This was Valentine night and 2 weekends before Mardi Gras. I felt this was a good rate for that night.
