The star rating and the same amenities has me thrown off.

I agree with your guess that the 3* is the Radisson Toronto East, but the 3.5* is not the Crowne Plaza, which is still rated 3* by Hotwire. I can't be sure what this hotel is, since there's no TA information and the amenities are quite common, but my best guess is the Wyndham Garden Toronto.

The 3.5* could be the relatively new Wyndham Garden at the junction of Hwys 401 and 404. Aside from the Radisson and Crowne Plaza, the only other hotel in this zone is the Westin Prince, and that is most likely a 4*.

This is most likely Cambridge suites. Stayed there twice last year. small suite.

3.5 star was Crown plaza (don valley) again stayed there twice last year. Very good

I would like a smoking room but i've been burned by HOTWIRE

before. I found out that just because there isn't a no smoking

amenities icon you could still end up with a smoke free hotel.

These amenities are not that ucommon, and this matches both the Le Royal Meridien King Edward and the WEstin Harbour Castle, so either of these would be our best guess.

If you change your search to 2adults/2children a 'different' 4* hotel, for the same/similar price, appears in this zone with:

Restaurant, Pool, Fitness, Smoke Free, Hi-Speed Internet, Business, Tennis, Spa

... and this is a match for the Westin Harbour Castle so this would be a way to try to target this particular property if this is the one you would prefer.
