Hi, Love this board and used it a lot before bidding. I noticed that there were two 4.5*s in Beverly Hills area that came up. Both had a spa, only one had the tennis icon. The one with the tennis icon was consistently higher (in the 300+ price range)

Icons for Century Plaza Hotel:

Dining, Pool, Fitness Center, Business Center, Golf, and Spa.
