My first bid of $35 was accepted for a total with taxes and fees of $47.38. I enjoyed my first stay and would recommend this hotel. You can't beat the price and the room was clean and comfortable. Check out my review. This is the first night of a business trip that is "on my own dime". I will be moving up Central Expressway to the Renaissance for the next night. (The negotiated rate of $85 is very reasonable, but I will enjoy comparing my $35 room with my $85 room.) :) Of course I used the board PRICELINE link to get this bid.
