I haven't tried Priceline for airfare for a long time, but I saw the earlier post. I needed 2 tickets last minute LAX to Honolulu for next week. Because I was willing to arrive/depart at any time I tried Priceline. Lowest web price was $318 with taxes. I bid $160 up to $185 using rebids with other local airports and Non-Jet - like that is even an option from LAX to HNL :)

Flights are:

Delta Monday Feb 9 LAX depart 6pm, arrive 9:50pm

Delta Friday Feb 13 HNL depart 1:35pm, arrive 9:05pm

Would have preferred the 8am Monday departure and, strangely, it has many open seats and the 6pm is almost full. Go figure!
