Ok, I just noticed that I wasn't showing all amenities.

I guess it is probably Sandos Playacar

The Moon Palace has this amenity combination but i dont think is in this zone (can't pull up the map so not 100% certain, but i've stayed at Moon Palace before (didn't like it :) ))... Blue Bay Grand Esmiralda is a very close match as well, only difference is that it has a "Near Beach" icon in addition to the Beachfront icon (sort of redundent) but this would be my best guess for this property.

Previous reports for the Sandos Playacar doesn't use the amenity combination above so i think this would be a low probability outcome.

We actually decided not to go with all inclusive so I did not book this room and can't verify it.
