Hotwire Hotel: 4* (French Quarter New Orleans)

We found a 4* hotel in the French Quarter for 86/night for the weekend of May 22nd-25th.

The amenities listed are fitness center, pool, restaurant, and business center. It has a trip advisor rating of 3.0.

We are trying to figure out if it is the W or Hotel Monteolone.

The W Hotel which matches this Tripadvisor rating is the one at 333 Poydras Street, which is not in HOTWIRE's French Quarter zone. The W French Quarters, which is in the FQ zone, has a 4/5 Tripadvisor rating so i don't think either W Hotel is what you're seeing above.

My buest guess would be the Hotel Monteolone, although do note that the vacation packages section of PRICELINE is showing this property with the amenities above but also with a Hi-Speed Internet icon. (although a second search i just did now shows the 3* property in this zone, with the same Tripadvisor info, but with ameniteis Restaurant, Pool, Fitness, Hi-Speed Internet... which leads me to believe that HOTWIRE is adding/removing amenities from search-to-search for this property... making the above comment regarding comparing to the vaction packages slightly less meaningful)

I just booked it and it is the Westin New Orleans Canal Place. No Carousel bar this time.

There are multiple 4* hotels in this zone that use this amenity combination, and i don't think the one above is the Westin. The OP indicates that the HOTWIRE property offered has a 3.0/5.0 user rating from Tripadvisor, but the Westin at Canal Place currently has a 4.0 user review rating... while the rating may have changed in the 3 months since the OP posted, it would be rare to see a full point jump in this period of time (with not a TON or ratings being made since then)
