travel1 Posted January 28, 2009 Report Posted January 28, 2009 Hello-I hope I'm in the right place to ask this question and apologize if I'm not. I don't travel often, but love Priceline when I do. I'm going to Orlando soon and wish to stay in a suite or preferably condo. I see a couple listed as Priceline hotels. Is there a way to bid only on this type of property?Thank you. I enjoy this forum.
thereuare Posted January 29, 2009 Report Posted January 29, 2009 Welcom to BetterBidding! You can not bid specifically on suite or condo properties thru PRICELINE.However, HOTWIRE will show you amenity icons before your purchase which describe the hotel you will receive, and once such icon is a Condo, so you will be able to purchase these type of properties thru HOTWIRE. Regarding the "Suite", it depends what you're fering to... if you mean the 'alll-suite' properties such as Hyatt Place, Embassy Suites, etc, then you can sometimes get these thru HOTWIRE based upon the amenities... look for the "S" suiet icon. If on the otherhand you're refering to the often very nice rooms at hotels which are a few levels above the 'standard' rooms and usually cost a lot of money, then no, you shouldn't expect to get one of these thru PRICELINE or HOTWIRE.Let us know if/how you'd like to proceed and we'll try to help. Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases
travel1 Posted October 25, 2009 Author Report Posted October 25, 2009 Hello-We ended up renting a condo through an online condo rental site. The price was very negotiable and it worked very well for us.Thanks....
