Hotwire Hotel: Help Identifying Savannah Historic District Hotel 3 Stars

Hi there,

I was hoping that someone might be able to help me identify a 3 star hotel in Savannah's historic district, it lists the following:

Business Center

Fitness Center

Cost: $85

Dates: 02/17/09-02/20/09

I have never seen this 3 star option (with only two amenities) when searching for hotels in Savannah. Thanks for your help!

Unfortunately this property has not yet been identified, and with just these two amenities (common at most 3* hotels), i don't think we'll be able to gain much insight.

Thanks....I was afraid it would be hard to narrow down since most 3 star hotels would have those amenities.....I check hotwire often for Savannah and have never seen this 3 star option with only two amenities. I was hoping maybe someone else had booked it! =) I'm still considering giving it a shot....if I do, I'll let you know the outcome!

Hi there,

I am searching Hotwire for a hotel in the Savannah Historic district for 02/17/09- 02/20/09. For those dates, a 2.5 star hotel comes up with the following amenities for $69:

2.5 star hotel in Savannah Historic District

Amenities: Restaurant, Pool, Hi-Speed Internet, Business, Tennis, Golf

Does anyone know what hotel this might be? Looking at the hotwire hotel list, the Promenade is listed as a 2.5 star hotel, but the amenities do not match. There is a 3 star, the Inn at Ellis with matching amenities. Maybe it's possible the Inn at Ellis has gone down to 2.5 stars? Does anyone know? I prefer to stay in 3 star and above hotels, however I have stayed at the Inn at Ellis before and wouldn't mind staying again....but, don't know if I want to chance possibly getting the Promenade or another 2.5 star.

The above is a match for the Inn at Ellis Square and the Triapdvisor info matches too, so that would be our best guess.
