jonch Posted January 26, 2009 Report Posted January 26, 2009 Bid for a 3* Portland (Convention Center Lloyd Center) Hotel for Jan23-25,2009.Bid for 3 rooms.Intitial Bid $41. Denied.Asked to Increase by $12 to be accepted. Didn't do that.Added NW Portland, as there are no 3*'s in that area, and bid $44.Accepted. 3* Portland (Convention Center-Lloyd Center) Courtyard Hotel.Hotel was good. No parking charge on the weekend, however I called 3 times to request rooms with 2 Queens, but they would not take the request. I usually call the hotel to put a request for Non Smoking or bed type, knowing that there are no guarantees that the request will be met. We Got rooms with a King and a pullout couch, which were fine.Great Site.
