jobey Posted January 26, 2009 Report Posted January 26, 2009 I started out a week ago at $40 for a 4* with way more rebidding zones than I'd ever need. Got up to $86 in $1 increments before I got tired and gave up. Then this week I tried 4* all the way up to $75 with no love.Reluctantly I dropped down to 3.5*, again starting at $40. I finally hit the Regal Sun at $60. If the post-renovation reviews are accurate, it should be a nice stay. They placed me with two doubles (in the outside-corridor area, no doubt) instead of a king. Would I do better in pleading for a free upgrade over the phone or onsite? Would mention of a birthday help?
