If you change your search to 4adults/0children what i think is the same property as the above (the price is the same) appears but with the addition on a Spa icon... which would make this a match for the Buena Vista Palace. When searching for 4adults some Tripadvisor info is provided as well, which is consistent with the Buena Vista Palace.

Although i think this is the same property as your 2adults/0children search, if you are interested in this property, i would purchase it using 4adults as it would seem a bit 'safer' given it matches previous reports, as well as the added confidence of the Tripadvisor info.
