Priceline Hotel: 3* Phoenix (Scottsdale) Courtyard North

I am looking at a 3* property for January 25 - 30 in Phoenix (Scottsdale) that is showing $69/night. It has some of the amenities for the Hyatt Place, but it has a few additional ones as well.

The list is complimentary breakfast, fitness center, pool, restaurant, business center, laundry facilities, and high speed internet.

Any help with the property name would be appreciated. :)

This property has not yet been identified. Among the possibilities are a few 'all-suite' hotel type properties and other non-chain hotels:

Smoke Tree Resort and Bungalows

Scottsdale Thunderbird Suites

Hotel Scottsdale

Hospitality Suite Resort

Chaparral Suites Resort

There could be others, but the above i came up with while filtering for the amenities shown in the star rating range.

If this HOTWIRE hotel seems like the best option within this price range, you could see if the same listing appears for the first (or last) nite of your stay and then again for the balance. If so, you could purchase the first (or last) nite to 'look behind the curtain', if you're happy with the results buy the balance of your stay, if not, make alternate plans for the remainder of your stay.

Thank you so much for all of the valuable information. I have found another property that is closer to where I wanted to be (North Scottsdale). Might you have any ideas on what the name of this hotel would be? If the choices are decent, I will go ahead and book it.

3* in North Scottsdale for $58/night Jan 25 - Jan 30 with the following amenities:

Suites, Complimentary Breakfast, Fitness Facility, Pool, Restaurant, Business Center, Laundry Facilities, and High-Speed Internet Access.

This property is not an exact match, but seems to be very close this Hotwire Hotel Purchase of the Best Western Suites which was reported back in 2005. (only difference appears to be a Hi-Speed Internet icon) Only problem is i can't find a current listing for this property and the poster of the above thread didn't provide an address. It's possible that this hotel has been taken over and appearing under a new brand/name... of that's it's some other property in the area.

So unfortunately can't say with any high degree of certainty what it is that HOTWIRE is offering above.

I placed a bid of $49 that was not accepted. Then, I added an area with no 3 star hotels to get a second bid. I went for $60 which was accepted for January 25 - 30. The posted rate on the hotel's website was $199/night. North Scottsdale is where I wanted to be, so this worked out perfectly.

BTW --- I used the PRICELINE link on here to launch Priceline, so this forum received the credit.
