The 4* appears to be a match for the Villa Luxembourg, which was previously reported as a 3.5* in this zone. There is no evidence of this upgraded, but the amenities match, as does the Tripadvisor info, so i think may likely be the case, and would be our best guess for the identity of this property.

The 3* has not yet been reported to the board.
