Thank you for the welcome! Sorry it cut off my dates, I am looking for March 2-4, 2009. I did as you said and went to the amenities list and cut and pasted them into a text file and this is what came up:

Im still unsure of what it could be since I dont see any 3* condos listed on these forums for this area, any ideas? The price is too good to pass up but I would hate to end up in a dive or with something I would be unhappy with.

This property has not yet been reported to the board, but the Hawthorn Suites Universal Studios seems like a very good fit and that would be my best guess.

Thank you for the information. We are now looking at the dates of March 2-5 and im trying to find the Sheraton Safari since I think my kids will like the pool area better here and the location is good for the parks and DTD. Problem is the only one popping up on Hotwire that im finding that even resembles it is one for $47 a night with Pool as its only amenity. Do you have any ideas? I thought it might be the hyatt as well?

You can see the amenities previously associated with the Sheraton Safari in the Hotwire Hotel List... it has previously been seen with more than just a sole Pool icon.

I don't have a guess as to this property as most of the 3* hotels in this area have a pool, so it could be just about anything.

I also think you're trying to use HOTWIRE in the wrong manner... HOTWIRE will only show one hotel in a zone at each star level (the one with the lowest price) In an area such as this with SO MANY hotels, the chances of you finding the hotel you want offered are somewhat low (simply based upon mathematical probabilities). Rather than research hotels and then hope the one you want will appear, your time would likely be better spent seeing what is offered and then seeing if any will work well for your needs. (assuming price is important and you're not willing to pay 'rack rates' for choosing your own hotel)

thank you, i wasnt aware that this is how they work. we have actually decided to just stay onsite at a disney resort for this time since the FL res rates are so good now. I will however be researching for our October trip and will definitely use the betterbidding HOTWIRE link! thanks for your help!
