joehotel Posted January 20, 2009 Report Posted January 20, 2009 Last two times I've used HOTWIRE they asked me to review the hotel, which I did. However, I don't see a way on Hotwire to actually VIEW the reviews that have been created by users. Am I missing something?
thereuare Posted January 20, 2009 Report Posted January 20, 2009 I don't believe HOTWIRE publishes the reviews, they only use this information to adjust the star ratings according to user feedback.They used to sometimes add snippets of the reviews in the description before your purchase, hopefully encouraing users to be comfortable with an opaque purchase since they could read that previous purchasers enjoyed their stays, but it's been 3 years or so since they've done this.Please use these PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links to begin your travel purchases.
