I would have waited the 24 hours to re-bid on Priceline, but I recently found out there are going to be several political conventions taking place sometime at the end of the month in Austin which I can only assume will have a major affect on hotel rates.

The going rate for a double suite on Holiday Inn's website is $139/night. You get 2 double beds, a pull-out queen sofabed, kitchenette and loads of amenities. Pretty nice discount and have seen mostly positive reviews so far. Would have preferred a more central location, but beggars can't be choosers.
