Hotwire Hotel: 3.5* Fort Lauderdale beach

Looking for another quick trip to FFL Aug 27 and returning Aug 29. Would like to be on the beach.

Current listings: 3* Beach Access, Restaurant(s), Pool(s), Fitness Center,Business Center

for $64/ night. I think this is the Holiday Inn.

The other listing I am interested in is: 3.5*, Restaurant(s), Pool(s), Fitness Center. listed as best value at $65.00

Anyone have any idea what the second listing is, and can you validate my thoughts on #1?

I believe you are correct on the 3*.

Regarding the 3.5*, this property has not yet been indentified and there just isn't enough uniuqeness to the amenities to try to figure it out. I'm sure we could come up with a long list of possibilities, but given that one of the goals you set forth was to be on the beach, and this property doesn't list beachfront or beach access, i don't think it's a serious contender.
