Priceline Hotel: 4* Miami (Coral Gables-Coconut Grove) Westin Colonnade

Won this with a $90.00 bid for April 16th via PRICELINE link.

Only problem is that I got a King and really need two beds.

Any thoughts on how I can get this? I called the hotel the next day and

confirmed the reservation but the reservation agent at the hotel told me that since I

booked through PriceLine, I could not make any changes to the reservation.

One other thing, there's a parking garage 1 block west of the hotel with a max charge

of 12 dollars per day and free street parking on Sunday's. 50% discount over

hotels valet parking.

I'd just call back and ask again, hopefully you'll get a different desk clerk who is willing to make enter the request in the system. Did the first clerk tell you what type of room you are reserved for? Do you need two beds because you dont' want to sleep in the same bed as the person you're traveling with OR because you are more than doubele occupancy?

Forgot to mention this, just made the reservation a few days ago.

Traveling with family to a reunion of sorts and me and my brother will be sharing a room.

I'll try later this week to see if I get another reservation clerk.

Hotel told me the bed type I have reserved, it's a King.
