No evidence that it has been upgraded to a 4* hotel, but the Tripadvisor that HOTWIRE shows for the above property is consistent with the Villa Luxembourg so i'm going to speculate that it has been upgraded and that would be my best guess.Please use these PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links to begin your travel purchases.Let us know how it goes or if we can be of further help.
