The 3.5* matches previous reports for the Le Nouvel Hotel so that would be our best guess for that one.

The 4* properties in this zone are constantly changing their amenities around so can't say with any high degree of certainty since the amenities listed above are found at most 4* hotels in any metropolitan city, but my best guess woudl be the Hyatt Regency Montreal.

I ended up booking the Sheraton Centre through priceline for $70 per night Febuary 26-March 1 2009 and I booked through the PRICELINE link on this site.
