This hotel is a budget/1-star hotel at best.

The lobby is clean and modern. That is the only positive about the hotel. The room was tiny (I booked a single, but they gave me a 'double' room). I have no idea how 2 people could have fit in this room. As the bed is pressed against the wall and a desk is pressed against the foot of the bed, the second person in the bed would have to crawl over the first to get out of bed.

There were stains on the worn carpet, the blanket was very old and thin. The reception did bring me an extra blanket on request, which was necessary as heating was not working at all - on the coldest night in 6 years in London. They did bring me a tiny portable heater which was able to bring the temperature up to just above chilled. Unfortunately, there was no electrical outlet in the bathroom so I could not heat up the bathroom in the morning.

The shower was tiny, about 2 ft by 2 ft and surrounded by a thoroughly stained curtain. There was no soap holder so I had to hold the soap while showering.

Walls are very thin. I was woken up each morning by normal conversation in the hallway. When my neighbor closed their door, my door shook and made a lot of noise.

Staff seemed confused and a bit chaotic, yet quick to respond to my requests.

Stay in a Travelodge or other clean but basic budget hotel before this hotel.
