mr.drew Posted August 4, 2004 Report Posted August 4, 2004 I had the Hyatt LLV on Sat, 9/4 til Mon 9/6, but added an extra day to my Labor day mini-vacation.Knowing what the prices were going for, I started my bid for 9/3/04 at $72, they countered at $81, then I went up a buck to $73... accepted.I hear the place is nice, and since I am not there to gamble this time, it will be great. I will write a review on the hotel after I get back.
thereuare Posted August 5, 2004 Report Posted August 5, 2004 Looking forward to the review... i've heard great things about this property. Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases
bbbb Posted August 6, 2004 Report Posted August 6, 2004 You didn"t have to bid again, you could have used the add a night option.
bbbb Posted August 7, 2004 Report Posted August 7, 2004 Add a night? What is that? Priceline has a option where on a one night stay you can go to the help section of their site and theres a place in there to ask if you can get another night added w/o having to rebid. On a two night bid you can add up to two more nights On a three night bid you can ask for up to three more nights and so on.A lot of times you will get another night at the same price, but other times it will cost more depending on what it costs PL to get the other nights.Sometimes they have no rooms for the nights you want and you get no more nights.
