jhaberzetle Posted January 10, 2009 Report Posted January 10, 2009 I searched for 4* and 3 1/2* hotels in downtown Portland starting at $44 and increasing in $2 increments by adding zones until I got a win at $52 for the Hotel Monaco (which is actually listed as 4*).I started my search using the PRICELINE link on betterbidding.com.
