Hotwire Hotel: 3* Atlanta (Alpharetta-Roswell) La Quinta Alpharetta

I am looking at $39 per night for 1/17 - 1/19. The amenities don't exactly match those in the sticky. It is close to the Hyatt Place Winward Parkway and Staybridge Suites. The amenities are:

Complimentary Breakfast

Fitness Center

Pool

Laundry

Highspeed Internet

Each of the hotels above have been reported with the amenity combination above except for the pool icon... yet each does have a pool. So either of these are possibilities, but these amenities are common for a hotel at this star level, and it could just as easily be another 2.5* in the zone (Holiday Inn Express is another hotel which is often seen with this amenities)

I booked the La Quinta Alpharetta Inn and Suites (Complimentary Breakfast, Fitness Center, Pool, Laundry, Highspeed Internet) at $39/night for 1/17/09 and 1/18/09 at HOTWIRE through the betterbidding link on this site.

This was a huge :) $6.00 a night savings over booking Direct at the La Quinta website at $45.00. I have to say I am somewhat disappointed as the Hotwire description does not match the Trip Advisor Amenities list at all: Business Center, Fitness Center, Internet, Free Parking, Pets Allowed, Pool and the savings was marginal.

Not sure why you feel the amenities need to match those shown at Tripadvisor, all that you can be assured of is that the hotel has all of the amenities that HOTWIRE shows to be associated with this property. However, when i go to Tripadvisor and click the 'vew amentiies' link i'm taken to Orbitz and do see all the amenities HOTWIRE has listed above (except for the Fitness icon, which the hotel does have)

One possibility... from the La Quinta website for this property it states that the pool is closed for maintenance. You may wan to try calling HOTWIRE and stating that you bought this property since it showed the Pool icon and that amenity is not currently avaiable. (worth a shot)
