am looking for a hotel from 20th - 23rd march, came across 4.5* Dupont circle/Embassy Row.

Boutique hotel.

Fitness centre.

Restaurant.

Business Centre.

High-speed internet.

Spa.

Any help as to which hotel this is?

Hotwire has been re-adjusting star ratings the last day or two and i suspect that what you're seeing above is The Madison Loews Hotel... the amenities match what has previously been reported for this property (at the 4* level) and the Tripadvisor information is consistent with this property as well, so that would be my best guess.

The 4.5 is probably Loews, a friend received that hotel for May with the exact same description.
