thereuare
The City Center zone property has not yet been identified, but the North Zone property is a match for the Gran Caribe so that would be our best guess for that one. Please use these PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links to begin your travel purchases. deeb
:) :) BEWARE - 3.5* Cancun All-Inclusive City Center Hotwire is the following:NH Krystal Blvd. Kukulcan Km 9, Hotel ZoneCancun, Quintana Roo 77500 Mexico011-52-99-8848-9800Date of Stay 01/18/08-01/20/08Just looked up the hotel reviews and there's NO BEACH. Apparently the hurricanes destroyed it and what was left, the winter tides wash away. Who goes to a Cancun all inclusive without a beach? Me i guess! As a long time HOTWIRE user, I can't express how disappointed i am with this so called "win". Tried calling hotwire to report this misrepresentation of hotel amenities (they listed it as beachfront) but they said "there's a beach nearby" so basically tough luck lady. At $260 a night Canadian i'm very VERY disappointed. Guess i'll just have to drink my weight in whiskey. Amenities:Resort Beachfront Food and Beverages Included Premium Beverages Included A La Carte Dining Daily Activities Included Fitness Center Pool(s) Restaurant(s) Business Center Tennis Nearby Spa Services All-Inclusive Lastly, anyone know how to submit a formal complaint to the fine folks at HOTWIRE? Hope this post prevents others from selecting this hotel. Link to comment
thereuare
Sorry to hear that you're disappointed with the results.I'm not familiar with the condition of the beach at this property (or the lack of, as the case may be) but if the beach is has truly been washed away i would try calling HOTWIRE once again and explain that you bought a Beachfront property, based upon the amenity icon shown, and this property is not Beachfront. If they respond that there is a beach nearby, i'd remind them that they have a different icon for properties with Beach Access. If the first rep can't assist ask to speak to a supervisor.Keep us updated as to how it goes. Please use these PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links to begin your travel purchases.
