Hotwire Hotel: 3* & 2.5* garden district hotel

i'm new to this forum so any advice would be appreciated. Im looking at two hotwire hotels for for jan 23-26 in the garden district. i know downtown is better for the action but i have stayed at the maison st.charles before and like the area.

HOTWIRE has two hotels posted.

a 2.5* for $62 per night only lists a

pool

and the other $63 3* that lists

Boutique Hotel, Smoke Free Rooms,Complimentary Breakfast,Laundry Facilities, and High-speed Internet Access

The 2.5* property has not yet been identified (nor is it currently appearing on my own search for your datess... i'm offered a 2.5* property in this zone also at $62/nite, but is shows no amenity icons)

The 3* is a match for the Prytania Park Hotel so that would be our best guess for that one.
