now to find next night in the monterey area. any ideas? maybe a bed and breakfast.

the tax was different.

mine was 13.78

while cakobau's was 14.12

All i can think of for the difference in taxes is a different rate charged to Priceline by the hotel. Not to beat a dead horse, but i'd like to see all online agencies be forced to separate taxes and fees... too much 'gray area' by combining them.
