Is the Crowne Plaze a 3* (or 4*?) in the Beverly Hills - West Hollywood zone?

If so it's not yet on our lists and i'd like to add it, so please clarify. (once you do i'll move the above post to it's own thread as this way each hotel win will have it's own thead and be properly categorized and represented.
