I first found this hotel when searching under Washington DC, but to book it I had to search in Bethesda, MD.

Hyatt's website's best average nightly rate for this stay is $222/night.

I just called the hotel to request a non-smoking room, reservation clerk was very friendly and told me that although they can't guarantee a n/s room, 99% of all their rooms are n/s and it shouldn't be a problem. He also offered to enroll me in their gold passport program (I already am) and then offered to add my gold passport number to this reservation so I'll earn points on any incidentals. I hope this is a good sign of good service to come. :)

Very nice - while PRICELINE and HOTWIRE reservations are not usually eligible for points programs, sounds like this hotel is trying to make a good impression. :)
