Best rate on the Hilton site is a pre-paid at $152 (US) plus tax...

Reviews on this hotel have been mixed - "love it or hate it" - just about everywhere (TOBB, Fodors, Trip Advisor), but it's one night, the location is great, and the price is acceptable.

Certainly a great rate for a Chicago hotel. I think Chicago is one of the better Priceline values (although it still trails NYC and Downtown Miami which are exceptional).
