palmtree Posted December 30, 2008 Report Posted December 30, 2008 I started by trying through Hotwire and pegged this hotel there for $134/night. $311 total for two nights with taxes. I then went to Priceline and bid 4 star in Quincy for $109 and was rejected. I rebid Quincy and Copley for 4* for $109 and was rejected. After 24 hours I rebid Quincy Market 4* for $116 and was rejected again. I then bid $101 and went to 3.5* and landed the Club Quarters. The total for 2 nights with taxes was $237.57.I am quite happy with the result as I have been looking for some time. July 4th weekend is rediculously expensive in Boston and based on reviews and location I think I did okay.
