and

3-star hotel in Chatham - Brewster - Eastham

Fitness Center- Pool- Restaurant- Laundry- Wi Fi

Any clue?

Neither hotel has been ID'd, but if I had to make a guess, the first hotel looks like a possible match for the Radisson Hyannis. Unfortunately, I'm not sure about the second property; hopefully someone more familiar with the area will chime in.
