Priceline Hotel: 3* Victoria Coast Harbourside

I am helping my neighbors with their trip to Canada and I had tried to bid $75 three days earlier and was rejected. Since they didn't have much time left and were willing to pay $120 for a Days Inn- I thought I'd try $95 and it worked. The hotel website

shows the price to be just a little higher but Expedia, Orbitz and Travelocity all show over $150us. I'm very happy and all the reviews seem really positive.
