It is a match amenity-wise for the Comfort Suites, but I'm guessing it very well might be the Ramada Convention Center with a new icon. The Comfort Suites would be a match amenity-wise, but not with the tripadvisor rating. The Ramada has been previously won without laundry listed as an amenity, but it does have laundry and it does have a 2.5* tripadvisor rating.

So, it could possibly be either of those properties, but my guess is that it very well could be the Ramada with a new icon.

Additionally, given the reviews on this HOTWIRE property, you may want to try your luck on PRICELINE and bid $25 for a 2.5* in the same area and see if you can luck out and get a different hotel.
