Hotwire Hotel: Room for 3 adults 2/14/0-/17/09 help please

Hi

I am looking to book one room for 3 adults for the above dates. Sorry, just realised the title is wrong - we arrive on 14th Feb and leave on 17th Feb 2009

Would like minimum 3* and don't really have a fixed location in mind but would like to be central - Midtown East or Times Square maybe?

Have looked on Hotwire and have found 3* Midtown East for $176 and Empire State for $184 - presume these are Beekman Tower and Murray Hill East suites?

I assume I can't use Priceline as there are 3 of us

Any help you could offer would be greatly appreciated

I've just had another look and they seem to have changed:

There is now a 4* Midtwn East for $193 - amenities = Fitness centre, Rest, Bus Centre, Hi Speed internet

3* Empire state for $159 - amenities = fitness centre, laundry, kitchenette

3* Midtown east for $173 - amenities = suite, fitness centre, rest, Hi speed internet, kitchenette

4* MTE - Omni Berkshire or Doubletree Metropolitan (although the Omni seems to appear with a 4/5 tripadvisor rating on the detail page)

3* ESB - Possibly Murray Hill Suites

3* MTE - Beekman.

Personally, I think there are some better regular rate deals on these dates. For example, ather than the 3* MTE, I'd rather suggest the Courtyard Marriott Midtown East for $199 via Orbitz, then use coupon code FABSAVE10 for 10% off. While the Beekman is a very nice hotel that would offer more space and a kitchenette, for about $7-8 more after coupon, I think the very highly rated/reviewed (tripadvisor) Courtyard may be worth considering.
