thereuare Posted April 6, 2003 Report Posted April 6, 2003 The Venetian in Las Vegas is "known" to only offer their best rate to Priceline 7 days before check-in. This is NOT to say that Priceline doesn't have access to inventory more than 7 days before check-in, it's just to make you aware that it will likely take a higher bid than some of the other "winning bids" that are booked inside of 7 days. Travelling Posted January 31, 2005 Report Posted January 31, 2005 I have noticed quite a few recent wins where people are getting the Venetian for $99 over a couple of months before check-in. These recent ones seem to be coming in for (midweek) April stays at the moment.I assume this will continue to be the lowest rate that is accepted by Priceline for the Venetian and so, while it may not be worth bidding much higher a long time before check-in, it certainly seems there is no harm starting early to try and get a $99 rate.
