Third bid -- 4* Downtown-Soho-Financial District + Chealsea + Madison Square Garden, $155, rejected

Fourth bid -- 4* Downtown-Soho-Financial District + Long Island City, $160, accepted!

Hotel: Millenium Hilton, Downtown-Soho-Financial District

$160 + $35.42(taxes & fees) = $195.42

I also check hotwire for 4* hotels in the same area at the same dates. They priced at $179 + $34.44 = $213.44. So I save a couple bucks by going with Priceline.

Very grateful for all the info I got here. And the bidding strategy from RE-BIDDING.com is very helpful too.
