I am seeking a Hotel on 12/26-12/28 2 Nights (2 Adults 1 Child) on or near walking to the beach ... On the beach would be nice.

I am seeing a different hotel offered on HOTWIRE. Are you searching for something other than 1 room 2 adults?

You also list 2 sets of dates: Dec 27 - 29 and Dec 26 - 28, which one is correct?

Question : How far is the real walking distance from Hyatt Pier to the beach ?

I've never been there so I couldn't tell you definitively, but looking at google.maps it shows about a 10-15 min walk to the beach. Someone else who knows the area better may be able to give you a better idea.

I've never stayed here either, but i don't think it's walkable due to the route to the beach, but the hotel does currently run a complimentary shuttle to the beach (runs on the hour... i think return from the beach 10 minutes after the hour), the water taxi goes to the beach and stops on property (i think $13/day for unlimited rides), or a taxi i'm told is $8-$10.

The 3* looks to match the Sixty Sixty Resort Residences, and the 2.5* looks like it could match the Whitelaw Hotel. Those would be my guesses.

So what are the actual dates of your stay? The other thread was Dec 26-28 and this one is Dec 28-30. Are you looking at any two nights in that range?

The above 3* is a match for the Sixty Sixty Resort and Hotel and the 2.5* is a match for the Howard Johnson Dezerland Beach Resort so that would be our best guess for each.
