I'll take a stab at them:

4* Central South Beach - Hotel Astor. It matches the tripadvisor rating, but what I am unsure about is the fitness icon. It doesn't have one in the hotel, but guests receive discount passes for the place next door.

3.5* Ocean Drive - Hotel Chelsea. Again, tripadvisor rating matches.

4* Oceanfront Collins - National Hotel. Has been previously reported.

These would be my best guesses.
