My bidding strategy was as follows:

Trying 4* Only.

$125 MTE

$130 Add Chelsea (no 4*)

$135 Add Central Park South

$140 Add MSG (no 4*)

Ended up getting accepted on the 3rd try - $135 for the Le Parker Meridian (Central Park South). Total $165.84 with taxes, etc.
