Tried 4* for $100 and got rejected. Added 3.5* and bid for $80 and still got rejected. Add a neighbor city and increased the bid to $90, finally ACCEPTED.

BTW, I used the PRICELINE link on this forum to bid. Great forum !!! Very informative.
