I just won the 4* Hotel Monaco in Downtown Portland for $60 on PRICELINE. I started at $60 and was very surprised to get it on the first shot, so you may want to start at $45.

I did start at $45 for late Dec. and got it for $52 for 3 nights. Nice hotel but they lost my buddies reservation...a first for me and Priceline. They made it right though.
