$48.00 for Residence Inn Fairlakes. 07-15 Dec 2008.

It seems that all the hotels are getting a little more expensive because i was able to get the Hyatt at $40.00 a couple of weeks ago. At the Hyatt, I noticed as I was checking out they were installing Flat Panel TV's in all of their rooms. Perhaps that has something to do with me not being able to get the Hyatt for $40 anymore.

I wouldn't throw the $40 bid amount out the window just yet... this is a fill week stay and increased demand for just one of those nites can affect the required bid for the entire stay (see SPLITTING YOUR PRICELINE BID for more info)
