I just booked above hotel for 2 nights for $70 per nite using the PRICELINE link

Bid 1 - Downtown - 3 star - $65

I was offered a hotel if I increased my bid to $82.

Instead I added West Charleston (free re-bid) and increased bid to $70.

I was successfull.
