In town for a conference that week. Bid 4* White House/Downtown, added Convention Center/ Capitol Hill, rejected up to $100, added 3.5*, accepted at $105 for a total with tax of $611. The conference rate was $209 (and hyatt.com $354) so this was a real half price savings.

Used Betterbidding's PRICELINE link, of course.
