I started at 3* and $39 but was rejected. I lowered the stars to 2.5* and the bid to $45. It came through fine.

I was happy to get the price because there is a big convention that week/weekend at the Convention Center, and hotel rooms can be scarce -- especially anywhere near the Convention Center.
