Any help in identifying this hotel would be greatly appreciated...

I am curious as to whether this could be the Clarendon although the "Boutique" icon seems to be missing. I don't think this is the Hilton Squaw Peak based on the icon combination.

The Clarendon was reported just a month ago and had the Boutique icon, so there isn't too much time for this icon to have been removed (would be more confortable if this property hadn't been reported for a year or more); but with this noted, i don't see any other property in the 'phoenix' area which meets the tripadvisor information shown.

The Clarendon would be my best guess, but i certainly wouldn't bet the ranch on it as i'm not as confident as i'd like to be, given the previous report for this property just a month ago.

I bit the bullet and it did turn out to be the Clarendon WITHOUT the boutique icon as noted above.
